The city of Guilin is one of the most popular international
tourist destinations of China.
It has been famous for its stunning natural landscape for centuries, which attracts over one million international tourists around the world every year.
Lijiang is an outstanding must-see national scenic area in China, which was also designated as the World Natural Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1996.
In my opinion, it is highly recommended to take a boat tour of Lijiang River combining hiking in some parts of the scenic area.
The natural landscape alongside the Lijiang River is so
incredible that some of mountains look like an old man, monkey,
horses, Buddha, fish, or anything what you can try to
imagine.
All tourists feel so excited and fulfilled if they recognize the creatures according to tour guide's instruction.
The top highlight must happen at the moment when tourists see the place, which has been published on the back of 20 RMB paper money.
There are some wharfs along the river, so you must pay more attention on time, dock and boat when you book boat tour in Guilin.
