American Flying Tiger Relics Park was completed and opened to public on Mar. 28, 2015. Gross investment reached 150 million yuan including 400 thousand dollars donated by relatives of Flying Tiger's members. 

The park is located at Northeastern Guilin and was build on the original Yangtang airport/秧塘机场. The park appearance was designed like a fighter plane, what's more, the head of 'fighter plane' looked like a shark mouth, which Japanese fighters frightened.

Mr. Claire Lee Chennault/陈纳德 firstly organized Flying Tiger in 1941 and became the captial. They contributed a lot to victory of Anti Japanese War.

An old cafe was built to fit the taste for Flying Tiger at that time, which seemed Americans had been loving coffee for a long history.

Most members of Flying Tiger couldn't speak Chinese, so they wore one one flag on their backs. Chinese people would help them when they were in trouble. 

An old command post of Flying Tiger was protected well.

The statue of Mr. Claire Lee Chennault stands in the front of the command post.

His wife, Anna Chan Chennault, came to visit the command post in 1992 and wrote a small poem in memory of his husband on the mountain.

Mr. Claire Lee Chennault is an American, but he helped Chinese people to fight Japanese in China. We must learn a lot from his dedication.
