Describe a conflict situation you (or a friend) have had. What was the cause of this conflict? How was it resolved?

We planned to hold great tourism festival two months ago. My senior manager assigned too much work to us, but I thought it was impossible to fininsh such tuff work in a short time. So I had a conflict with him. One day later, I tried myself to calm down and have a disscussion with him on the problem. I told the reasons why I thought it was impossible to finish the task. At last he agreed with me and assigned more people to us. So I think disscussion is one of the best ways to solve the problems.
