How did your last performance review go?

We have annual performance reviews every year, usually by the end of the year. I usually deliver a public speech to all co-workers and they give me the remarks of my performance reviews.

initiative- the ability to complete a task and follow through with ideas, also to think of your own ideas

proactive- acting ahead of time rather than reacting to something
