What is art?

In my opinion, art is totally man-made and creative, so each is unique and precious. Art is just like the child of artist. Artist makes art if he or she wants to express his or her ideas. Of course, other people would understand and be touched when they see the art.    

Talk about an art gallery or art museum you have been to. Say what you saw and what you liked.

I went to visit art and history of Museum in Washington D.C. two years ago. I saw many precious paintings, even though I don't know much more about the art of paintings. The introductions are very helpful and the guides are very friendly. They introduced who, where and why the artists painted them, which seemed like a wonderful class. I became more interested in arts.

Why do people care about art? Art is unique and can add additional value when time goes, so people would like to invest in them. Secondly, people like them very much because of their hobbies. They can improve their high quilty living. Thirdly, they think art is the symbol of social situation.

Are there artists from your country who do these types of art?

Chinese artists were good at surrealism and scenery. They hoped they could enjoy happy lives, but they lived in a harsh living condition a long time ago. So they expressed these good hopes throung paintings.
