Yoga <wbr>30
A university professor went to visit a famous Zen master. While the master quietly served tea, the professor talked about Zen. The master poured the visitor's cup to the brim, and then kept pouring.

The professor watched the overflowing cup until he could no longer restrain himself.

"It's overfull! No more will go in!" the professor blurted.

"You are like this cup," the master replied, "How can I show you Zen unless you first empty your cup."

same like in Yoga, if you wanna learn something then go like a untouched paper, and let your Master (Guru Ji) give you enlightenment. this is the right way to learn anything, if you think you have so much knowledge and that feeling will create ego within you, so you can't except or grasp the knowledge of others. so be down to earth and learn, we can learn from anybody and everybody, everything. In this world we can learn from everything, From AIR, FIRE, SKY, EARTH, ANIMALS ETC. All are our great teachers.

Namaste Ji,
