During your Yoga practice stay calm and quite, so you
can enjoy your practice from
deep inside, no need to compete with anybody or with yourself.
everybody have different body conditions, so everybody can't
practice the same Asana, and don't get so excited while practice,
no need try so hard for anything in Yoga, Yoga will happen
naturally, and slowly slowly you will feel the changes in your
Body, Mind and Soul. Remember
that
Yoga is a Harmony of Body, Mind and Soul. take care and have a nice
time with Yoga.
