感受瑜伽 <wbr>Yoga <wbr>Feelings <wbr>-2

     Be kind to yourself when you practice yoga. Go slowly, especially in the beginning, and listen to your body. It knows what it can do. If it says "stop," stop. Don't push it. Yoga is not a competitive sport. You don't win points for matching a picture in a book or on a website. If you push too hard, you probably won't enjoy it, and you may hurt yourself. Whenever possible, work with a teacher, and use books, videos and websites to supplement your classroom instruction. Most of all, stick with it. If you practice, you will improve. And you will feel better. Yoga is based on feelings, don’t force yourself to follow others, listen to your body and enjoy your practice. Hari Om !!

    瑜伽习练中,善待自己。放慢步调,切勿激进,倾听身体的声音是初始阶段最重要的原则。身体会告诉它能够做什么,它会提醒你“停下来”,不要再勉强。瑜伽不是竞技运动。即使你和书上或网页上的动作完全一致,也不会得到奖赏。如果你逞强,很可能无法享受瑜伽,反而因此受伤。可以的话,和老师一起练习,阅读辅导书,参考视频和网络资料来丰富课堂上的引导。最重要的是,坚持。只要练习,就会进步。你能感受到它的美好。瑜伽基于感受。不要强迫自己随波逐流,倾听身体的声音,享受自己的瑜伽。祝好。
