This year i completed my 5 years in China, this is my 5th Spring Festival in China, this festival i am in Xia men right now, just traveling and relaxing. Spring festival is the most important festival for Chinese peeple. This festival is little simillar with Indian festival named "Diwali" but not the same. Wish Everyone a wonderful and happy spring festival, take care and enjoy this festival, but everyday give some time for yoga practice. haha... not only eat and sleep, and play.

     在中国5年了，这是我在中国度过的第5个春节。今年春节我在厦门旅行，感觉很放松。春节是中国人最重要的节日，就像印度的排灯节。祝大家的新年愉快，开心。但是别忘了每天留一点时间练习瑜伽。哈哈。。。不要只是吃、睡、玩。
