So many days I want to share this with you all, but always skip
from my mind, so today here this is. In the morning whenever I came
back after finished my morning class, I saw on the road most of
young guys/girls are running and eating. They all are walking very
fast and eating is also fast.
一直想和大家分享, 却总是忘记:
每次晨课结束,回去的路上常常看到行色匆匆的年轻人,边赶路边嚼着早餐,走得急,吃得快.
If you eat like this then this is very bad for your health, this is
the main reason that in USA & China 75% persons are
suffering from digestive system problems, like constipation, gas
problem, acidity etc. because in these two countries people like to
sleep late and got up late, and then no time to eat, so run and eat
on the way to work.
这样进食,对健康有损无益. 这也是为什么美国,加拿大有75%的人有消化系统障碍, 例如便秘,胀气,胃酸过多等.
因为他们喜欢晚睡晚起,没时间吃早餐, 只得边赶路边吃饭了.
If in my case, I will never and I didn’t even once compromise with
my breakfast, because this is start of the new day, if starting is
like this then how can go
on the whole day ? I would like to wake up 20-30 minutes early and
prepare my breakfast, eat and then go to work. In India I have
morning classes and then hospital work starts at 8.30, and I eat in
peaceful way first and then go for work.
对我而言, 早餐是必须的, 我从未也绝不会不吃早饭,因为这是一天的开始. 若如此仓促的开始, 那么接下来的一整天又会怎样呢?
我宁可早起20-30分钟, 吃早餐,然后去工作. 在印度几乎每天都有晨练课, 接着8:30我要到达学院的理疗部开始工作.
我总是从容地吃完早餐,然后精力充沛的开始工作.
Don’t compromise with your health and food, if no health then
nothing left, no enjoyment, no play, nothing. Health is wealth, so
if you have early work at 8 or 8.30. you can get up 20-30 minutes
before, enjoy your breakfast and then go for work, then you can
feel the peace and difference between running eating and peacefully
eating.
不要随意放弃三餐而不顾健康. 没有健康的身体, 又如何享受生活? 健康就是财富. 所以尽管你要8点或8:30上班,
还是早起20-30分钟, 安心地吃个早餐,再去上班吧. 感觉一下这和仓促中行进式早餐的区别吧.你会感受那份从容.
