Few days before i had a chance to travel around for some training programmes, and i went Hangzhou and Shanghai, Oh God, Hangzhou really a beautiful place, and i like best the West Lake of Hangzhou, very calm and peaceful feeling there, if one can practice yoga there must be very peaceful, i wish i m there then maybe everyday i can go to West Lake...... here are some of picture i took there......
