      For yoga learners, SPECIALLY FOR BEGINNERS  these above questions are very common and so many students spent so much money and time but still can't find a suitable teacher who can lead them,and teach them. These days Yoga is just a kind of business in every country, so very difficult to find a teacher who can charge money but AT LEAST can teach standard things and lead the students towards the real path of Yoga. But still so many persons just blindly pay money and just saw the name, brand and advertisement and then think this will be very good, but one thing we have to think that everything looks beautiful or attractive is not sure will be good in quality also.
     对瑜伽练习者,尤其时初学者, 上述问题极为常见. 许多学员花了大笔的费用却找不到一位合适的老师引导和教授瑜伽.现在某种程度上,瑜伽已经成为商业,遍及每个国家, 因此找一位受雇于人, 能够教授至少是标准课程,引领学员到真正的瑜伽世界中的老师已经很难了. 仍然,多数人盲目地把钞票洒向名声,品牌和广告泛滥之地, 他们认为那就是好的东西, 但是, 光鲜的外表不是品质的保证.

      What you think the good teacher is who can put the legs behind the neck or bend his/her body very easily or teaching you some more stretching exercise instead of yoga ? or the person who can teach you and lead you how to put your legs behind your neck according to your body limitations, and how to bend your body in a right way ,and who can understand you and your body, can lead you according to your needs ? Think well !!
     你认为好老师是可以把腿放在脖子后或者任意弯曲身体的人? 用多变的伸展练习来代替瑜伽的人? 还是教你瑜伽, 引导如何根据身体条件抬腿够到脖子, 如何正确弯曲身体, 了解你的身体和需要, 带你练习的人? 想想 清楚.

     You all are very intelligent and mature , so the answer you know, just need to apply on yourself. hope you can understand and can find a suitable yoga teacher.
     大家都是有判断的成年人, 一定找的到答案, 只是要用在自己身上. 希望你们能够找到合适的老师.

     Be careful from so called Yoga Teachers,who just learn one month and come to teach you. don't blindly follow anyone, try to think, check and then decide.
     慎重,在那些经过1个月培训就上岗的"瑜伽老师"面前. 不盲从, 先思考,后行动.

     This applies on me also, don't blindly follow me, if you have any doubt then ask straightly and check my ability.
     这一条也适用在我身上. 不要盲从, 如果有任何的疑问请提出来, 检验我的能力.

     What i want that you can enjoy the safe Yoga Practice. I believe that good teacher is not who can practice so many difficult asanas, but who can lead you how to practice.
     我只希望大家可以安全地享受 瑜伽练习.我认为好的老师不是自己可以做很多高难体式的人,而是那些能够指导你怎样练习,甚至完成难度体式的人.
