                                             圣光调吸净化术 <wbr>Kapalbhati <wbr>Kriya

     Kapalbhati Kriya – This cleansing process is related to respiratory system. It also gives effect on all the parts of the respiratory system from nose to Alveoli. Some people and teachers are claiming this is a Pranayama, but this is clearly mention in the Yogic texts that Kapalbhati is a Cleansing process.
     圣光调吸净化术--这是一种与呼吸系统有关的清洁术,作用于呼吸系统的每个部分,从鼻子到肺泡。部分练习者或老师将其称之为呼吸法,但在瑜伽典籍中清楚地指明这是一项净化术(清洁术)。   

Kapal – Forhead. Kapal--意为前额。

Bhati – to shine. Bhati意为闪耀,光芒。

Kapalbhati means shining of forhead.
Kapalbhati意为一前额的闪耀或光芒。

     Rapid performance of Rechaka(Exhalation) and Purka (Inhalation) like a bellows of a blacksmith is Kapalbhati, well known as the destroyer of disorders caused by phlegm.(Hatha Pradipika 2:36)
     迅速地呼气,腹部像铁匠使用的风箱般自然地吸气。这是众所周知治愈身体粘液问题的方法。(例如感冒咳嗽的痰液--译者注)


Technique – Sit in any comfortable Meditative pose, specially Padmasana(Lotus Pose), keep your back straight and eyes closed. And then Inhale normally and exhale forcefully. Also keep the body easy and relax, don’t feel like stress. As a beginner, the force should be very low as per the body strength. Continue thispractice till you can perform comfortably. Whenever feel tired take a break with normal breathing and then resume. Optimize your practice to make “one stroke per second”. The ideal frequency for the kapalbhati is once per second. While practice keep your body stable and back erect, don't move your shoulders or other body parts except Lower Abdomen.
技巧-任意冥想姿势坐定,以莲花坐为典型,保持背部笔直,闭上眼睛。然后正常吸气,有力地呼气。同时保持身体的放松状态,不要紧张。初学者,呼气时控制力度,每次稍用力即可。持续地练习直到自如。疲惫时,改用正常呼吸休息一下,再继续练习。改善练习频率使其接近“1次/秒”。理想的圣光调吸频率即一秒一次。在练习时保持你的身体稳定,背部挺直,除了小腹部,肩膀和身体其它部位不要晃动。

       Abdominal area also makes inward and outward movements and considerable force is applied to the Manipura, Svadhisthana and Muladhara Chakra. That is very helpful for Kundalini awakening.
     
腹部保持内外起伏,注意集中力量到脐轮,生殖轮和底轮。这非常有助于唤醒昆达里尼。
     
In the beginning the practitioner may feel little pain in the abdomen and back because of new strain to the body, which disappears after some days.
      开始时,练习者可能会感到腹部和背部微痛,这是由于身体的受伸拉的原因,几天后便会自行消失。

Kapalbhati benefits :
益处:

  • Balances three dosas of the human body. These are vata (wind/spirit/air), pitta (bile) and kapha (phlegm). Disorder of these three is the root cause for unhealthy body.
    平衡人体三种能量,风、火、土。这三种能量的失衡会导致身体的不健康。

  • Kapalbhati improves concentration power in children and adults simultaneously. It makes the face Lustrous and attractive.There is an increase of Red Blood cells, Hemoglobin and Eosinophils in the blood as an effect of Kapalbhati.
    不论成人还是孩童,圣光调吸都可以提高专注力。令面部生辉。增加红血球,血红蛋白和嗜曙红细胞。

  • Diseases which are hard to control by medicines like asthma, respiratory troubles, allergies, sinus, etc.
    有助于控制哮喘,呼吸系统疾病,过敏,窦类疾病等一些药物难以控制的症状。

  • Diseases of heart, lungs and brain are permanently cured.
    治愈心肺和脑部疾病

  • Kapalbhati completely removes blockages in arteries and controls cholesterol.

  • Obesity, diabetes, flatulence, constipation, acidity and diseases pertaining to kidneys and prostate glands etc. are completely cured.

  • Women diseases like uterus cysts, breast cysts, cancer cysts or any type of cysts in the body  are permanently dissolved without any surgery.

  • It removes snoring problems and cures sinusitis completely.

  • Kapalbhati  is the best solution for weight loss without any side effects. If it is practiced 3-5 minutes daily, along with yoga diet control chart.

Precautions :

  • Women should avoid during periods and pregnancy.

  • High Blood Pressure and Heart disease patients should avoid doing with force in the beginning.

  • In the summer season, if the temperature is very high, it is prohibited for over five minutes.

  • If head ache, cold or fever then do not practice Kapalbhati.
  • In the beginning, any pranayama practice must be done under experienced yoga teacher’s training.
