                        沐浴与瑜伽习练 <wbr>Bath <wbr>and <wbr>Yoga <wbr>Practice



    This question usually asked by students that Asanas should be performed before or after Bath ? and water should be hot or cold ?
    学生们经常问,沐浴应该在练习体式之前还是之后?用冷水还是热水?

    The answer is the people from cold places can take bath with hot water because that will help to facilitate the flow of blood and will also make muscles flexible. In the warmer places people can use common or cold water.
    答案是来自寒冷地区的人适合热水沐浴来促进血液循环并使肌肉灵活。来自暖热地区的人可以用温水或冷水沐浴。
    Normally bathing before the practice is much favorable. For the people sweat more can take bath after practice too.  But still the best is before the practice take bath can give you more fresh and good feelings, body feels good and you will enjoy the practice.However the time gap between practice and bath should be 30-45 minutes.
    通常我们更提倡练习前沐浴。对于出汗较多的人在练习后亦可沐浴。但是,在练习前沐浴可以给人清新舒畅的感觉,令身体更加享受练习的愉悦。尽管如此,练习和沐浴至少间隔30-45分钟之间为宜。
