I was waiting for this day from long time, so at last the day come and my book published. This book we (Me and My pupils Jirong) worked hard, she translated this book in very good way, and also thankful to my both students (Rita & Jessica) they are the Models of this book and help me to put their Asanas in my Book, and soon this book is coming out in the Market for sale, so you all can read and enjoy the yoga feeling.
    等待许久，终于到了出版的日子了。通过我们的努力，这本书终于面世了，我的学生吉榕翻译书中的全部内容。同时感谢我的学生Rita和Jessica为本书担当模特. 希望大家能够喜欢我的书，共同分享瑜伽。
