Bow to My Guru Ji.........
                向我的恩师致敬

Today is  the most important day of my life, and just like a birth of "Manu" . This is the name given by my Master(Guru ji). 20 years back , the beginning of my Yoga Journey.
        今天是我生命中最重要的一天, Manu的诞生日. 20年前, 恩师用Manu为我命名, 从此开始了我的瑜伽之旅.

 At the age of 11 Manu started simple practice on yoga when the assistant of his master picked him up from the school. That’s the first time he felt yoga. At the beginning, yoga was just fun for Me, but gradually I'm going more and more deeply into it and decided to put my body and heart into the study on yoga.
        11岁时, 恩师的助手来到学校,挑选Manu, 开始了瑜伽练习. 这是他第一次接触瑜伽. 最初, 瑜伽对我只是一种乐趣, 但渐渐地,对瑜伽的感受越来越深刻,我决心将自己的身心投入到瑜伽学习中.

Now I'm looking back a small kid teacher start teaching at the age of 17. Oh God, very hard time. Everybody made jokes in my first class, but after that I worked hard and proved myself in front of seniors and other elder students. After 3-4 classes the story was different, they all liked my classes so much and always requested my Master to arrange my classes. That time I had two nick names. One was "Cute kid teacher" and the other was "Manu".
       现在,回头看看, 当年17岁的小老师开始授课时确是艰难时刻,天呢. 第一堂课上, 每个人都在开我 玩笑. 但是,慢慢地,我用努力取得了那些比我年长的学生的尊重. 3-4节课后,情况完全不同了, 大家开始喜欢我的课, 并要求老师多安排我的课程. 那时,我有两个昵称, "可爱的小老师" 和Manu. 

Now I've been working in China since 4 years ago, spreading the ancient science of India and feeling great full to my Master that he gave me such a valuable knowledge, so that I can teach this ancient art of India.现在我已经在中国生活4年了, 传播最原始的瑜伽科学, 深深地感谢恩师传授我如此宝贵的知识, 让我可以教授印度的古老艺术.            

However where and when I still remember the words of my Master "spread the light of Yoga in the whole world".
       尽管身在他乡, 但无论何时何地, 我都谨记师傅的教诲"将瑜伽的光芒散播到世界的每一个角落".
