瑜伽&中国功夫 Indian Yoga & Chinese Kung Fu

Yoga and Kung Fu both are ancient sciences. There are so many
similarities between these two. Both are talking about internal
strength and stamina, more self control and determine. Both have a
long origin history, nobody exactly know what is the right
time.
瑜伽和中国功夫都是古老文明下诞生的科学。两者有许多相似之处,都是探讨内在能量与耐力,以及自我控制。瑜伽和功夫都有渊远的历史,无法确定它们起源的具体时间。

In kung Fu Meditation is considered to be an important component of
basic training. Meditation can be used to develop focus, mental
clarity and can act as a basis for Qigong (Energy) training. So
both are talking about internal energy flow...
冥想是二者的主要构成。瑜伽中,冥想在集中意念,增强自控方面起着至关重要的作用。中国功夫里,打坐是基本功的重点。
