What is meditation ( Dhyana )?
什么是冥想?
According to Maharisi Patanajali………
帕坦伽利说:
”Tatra pratyayaikatanaata dhyanam’’ !
( P.Y.S 3rd Chapter/ 2nd verse 《瑜伽经》第三章第二节)
This means uninterrupted stream of the content of consciousness is
called meditation.
不间断无纷扰的连续的意识集中与某一事物或意念的状态叫作冥想。
This meaning is so deep, so many times students can't understand how to meditate and where to meditate. Actually in Meditation we have to concentrate any subtle or gross object for long time without any distraction.
When the continuous flow of consciousness is
going on without any disturbance that stage is called
Meditation(Dhyana).
当意识流延续不受干扰,这种状态就是冥想(Dhyana)。
Every day meditate and keep yourself calm and in peace.
