    Meditation is the 7th limb of the Ashtanga yoga and a very important for a yogi. Meditation is the preparation and very next only to Samadhi. It is important, yet we call it as a door to Samadhi ( the ultimate and final consciousness ).
 
    冥想是阿斯汤嘎瑜伽八支分的重要组成部分,冥想作为阿斯汤嘎的第七阶段,是最接近三摩地(入定)的,我们把它称为通向三摩地的大门。(三摩地:终极意识状态。)

什么是冥想?

According to Maharisi Patanajali………
帕坦伽利说:

”Tatra pratyayaikatanaata dhyanam’’ !
( P.Y.S 3rd Chapter/ 2nd verse 《瑜伽经》第三章第二节)

This means uninterrupted stream of the content of consciousness is called meditation.
不间断无纷扰的连续的意识集中与某一事物或意念的状态叫作冥想。


            冥想 <wbr>Meditation <wbr>(Dhyana)..


This meaning is so deep, so many times students can't understand how to meditate and where to meditate. Actually in Meditation we have to concentrate any subtle or gross object for long time without any distraction.

冥想 <wbr>Meditation <wbr>(Dhyana)..

When the continuous flow of consciousness is going on without any disturbance that stage is called Meditation(Dhyana).

当意识流延续不受干扰,这种状态就是冥想(Dhyana)。

Every day meditate and keep yourself calm and in peace.
