Namaste All,
    首先,向大家问好.
    So many students often asked me that I always let them feel yoga, but how to feel ? They always said they can't follow me, and can't feel the things i m explaining, so here is the simple answer for those all students.  
    经常有许多学生问我,我总是说让他们感受瑜伽,但是怎样感受? 他们总是说无法跟随我,体会不到我讲解的感受. 这里是给所有学生最简单的答案.   

    "Yoga is completely based on feelings." These days so many teachers are teaching Yoga as an exercise, I mean more stretching and more tired feeling. I don't understand why people wanna tired in Yoga class. If they wanna tired and sweat then they can go to Gym or some others sports. Sometime students after my class asked me, oh ! Laoshi, today have no feeling, and didn't sweat at all, today is not so comfortable.I always said yoga is not to make u tired but to give u a positive energy and relax and peaceful feelings.
    "瑜伽以感受为基础."现在许多老师把瑜伽当作操课来教,多一点伸拉,给一些疲惫的感觉. 我不明白为什么有的人想要在瑜伽课中感到疲劳. 如果只想要出汗和累的感觉,可以去健身房或者选择其它运动. 有时候,下课了,学生说,"老师,今天没感觉,没出汗,觉得不舒服." 我一直在说瑜伽不是令人疲惫的,而是给予积极的能量,舒适与平和的感觉. 

    The thing is how to feel Yoga ? In yoga class try to listen to your body and try to feel your breath and just follow your body, let your mind fully concentrate whatever u r doing in the class, then see the difference. Don't try to practice yoga, but try to feel yoga and then feel the difference.
   要点是怎样才能感受到瑜伽? 课堂上,倾听身体的声音,感觉你的呼吸,跟随你的身体,集中注意力,然后体会一下有何不同.不要把瑜伽当作锻炼,试着感受瑜伽,体会两者的不同.
