          Since 11 years old, started to practice yoga and followed Guru S.Gurbachan for the ancient secret yoga knowledge and training. Graduated from Kaivalyadhama G.S. Yoga Institute as the O.P. Tiwari’s student with the best grades. Passed National Judgement Examination with the top reward and achieved Master Degree in Yoga and Meditation.

     Came to China in 2006, expertizing in teacher training courses: Master Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Ashtanga, Flow yoga, Clinical Yoga, Pregnant Yoga, Health Yoga and other kinds of yoga practicing and teaching.
