黑糖桂花山楂酱

前两天录了期做糖葫芦\芝麻糖的节目,还剩下很多的山楂,

拜托,我是一口都吃不了酸的,

看着那新鲜的山楂可怜,

把它们做成果酱吧,早上可以配面包片吃,

这里说的黑糖,指的是红糖,

加了红糖进去的山楂酱色泽上由鲜红变成暗红,

口感上,则多了分甘甜,并带有红糖特有的味道,

加入干桂花之后,可以说是画龙点睛之笔,

简单的酸甜口味中突然多了一份清香,

尝上一口,顿时让人觉得心旷神怡,胃口大开!

心情也变得豁然开朗!

以下是制作方法:

材料:

新鲜山楂半斤    红糖40克       白砂糖10克   麦芽糖20克(麦芽糖没有可不加)

 

制作步骤:

将山楂洗干净摘去梗子,切开挖去耔,倒入不锈钢锅中,加入1:1的清水,

烧开后加入红糖和白砂糖。


用小火边煮边搅拌,熬到山楂很烂的状态,汤汁也开始变得浓稠

时(大概25分钟左右)加入麦芽糖继续边搅拌边小火熬煮着。


熬到很浓稠的状态就可以关火了。加入一大勺干桂花,约5克。

搅拌均匀,量凉后装入玻璃瓶子或者碗中,入冰箱冷藏密封保存。

尽快食用。

主妇心得:

  1、熬山楂,一定要用小火,特别是加入糖之后,火大了很容易糊,而且要经常搅拌。

  2、没有红糖和麦芽糖,可以用白砂糖,做出来颜色非常鲜红,很漂亮.

  红糖是未经精炼的粗糖,保留了较多的维生素和矿物质,具有益气补血、

健脾暖胃、缓中止痛、活血化瘀的作用,是女人不可缺少的廉价保养品。所

以加入了红糖的果酱,对女人更加贴心。由于加入了红糖,果酱的色泽不是

鲜亮的水红色,而是透明的棕红色,里面混合着星星点点的金色桂花.

  酸甜的山楂酱,还隐约飘散着桂花香,用来涂抹早餐面包片,用来拌水果

、调凉菜、配酸奶。不仅颜色漂亮,味道更能带给人无限惊喜。
