明天就去芬兰啦！

应芬兰国际问题研究所的邀请，并且为了减少国庆安保的压力，我将于明天飞赴赫尔辛基，10月1日参加一个关于非洲维和的会议。国庆阅兵看不成了，除非酒店有中央四台，并且除非我愿意凌晨起来。会议就开1天，我早去晚归（10月5日回），留出几天在赫尔辛基逛逛。下面是本次会议的议程。
