明天就去芬兰啦!

应芬兰国际问题研究所的邀请,并且为了减少国庆安保的压力,我将于明天飞赴赫尔辛基,10月1日参加一个关于非洲维和的会议。国庆阅兵看不成了,除非酒店有中央四台,并且除非我愿意凌晨起来。会议就开1天,我早去晚归(10月5日回),留出几天在赫尔辛基逛逛。下面是本次会议的议程。
