汤郁毕，著名针灸推拿专家，中共党员，1956年5月出生于江苏南京。先后跟随国内众多中医名家学习针灸、推拿，并在长期的探索和实践中，融会各家所长，形成自己的特色，以“一根针”（针灸）、“一双手”（推拿）、“一把草”（中药）的特殊治疗方式而闻名一方，在治疗不孕不育、强直性脊柱炎等医学难题中，独树一帜，成功病例不胜枚举。

　　1972年，年仅16岁的汤郁毕就跟随当地老中医学习实用中医学理论，开始接触针灸。1977年进入江苏省中医院学习，师从我国针灸界泰斗、著名针灸专家、原中国针灸协会副主席邱茂良，系统学习针灸。尔后又拜著名妇科专家孙宁铨教授为师，成为孙宁铨的关门弟子。并跟随气功推拿专家施和生学习中医推拿，博采曹颂昭、张晓初、张济群等众位名家所长，精通内妇儿科的针推治疗，年轻时便以精湛的医术蛮声金陵，当年《南京日报》、《金陵时报》、《现代经济报》、《南京广播电视报》及《现代快报》、《江南时报》等媒体都曾发过独家报道。
