你最喜欢的本地餐厅是什么？

我最喜欢的本地餐厅叫“鼎泰丰”，他是一家来自台湾的小笼包专卖店。在世界上很多国家都有分店，主要经营一些中华特色的小吃。所有食物都保持着传统的制作工艺。

2.   为什么喜欢这家餐厅？

喜欢这家餐厅主要是因为他提供的食物非常新鲜，比如制作小笼包所用的猪肉，都是新鲜猪肉，而不是冷冻肉。虽然都是些简单的小吃，但厨师对原材料的选择极其严格。我也很喜欢他们的开发厨房，顾客可以在品尝美味的同时观赏食物的制作过程，这非常有趣！还有一个原因是他的价格比较平民化，所有人都能接受。美味的食物，合理的价格是我喜欢他的原因。

3.  你最喜欢这家餐厅的那道菜？

我最喜欢他们的小笼包，猪肉馅儿的小笼包非常美味。皮薄，馅多，汁美是他的特色。

1.     What is your favorite restaurant in town?

My favorite restaurant is “Din Tai Fung,” a dumpling restaurant from Taiwan. Din Tai Fung has many branches worldwide and feature many traditional Taiwanese and Chinese dishes.

Why do you like it?

I love this restaurant because they use quality ingredients and fresh food. For instance, they only use fresh pork when making dumplings, never frozen pork. I also like their open kitchen, which allows guests to watch the cooking process while enjoying delicious food. It is a wonderful experience! Another reason is the price. It is pretty affordable.

3.      What is your favorite dish from this restaurant?

I love their dumplings the most, especially the soup dumplings. These pork soup dumplings are very delicious.
