锻炼的最佳时机

本周,Helen告诉我们锻炼的最佳时机!

从科学的角度来说,一天中最好的锻炼时间是下午3点左右。早上起床后不适合立即进行锻炼,因为我们的身体经过一夜的休息睡眠后,各项机能仍处于逐渐恢复运作状态,在这个过程中进行剧烈的锻炼可能会造成体力透支,产生头晕等不良影响。
但在下午3点钟左右,我们的身体已经进行了半天的运作和食物填充,这个时候的身体状态是最好的,非常适合进行锻炼。当然,锻炼的时间还需要根据个人的习惯和时间来进行具体安排,最好是在每天下午进行有规律的运动。
2.
办公室工作人员的锻炼时间也需根据自身的状况而定,最好是把运动融入到日常的生活中,有规律的进行每日或每周的锻炼。因为工作时间的不同,或许在周末进行锻炼也是个不错的选择,这都取决于个人的时间表。

Technically, the best time to
exercise during the day is 3pm. It is not very good for you to
exercise right after waking up.
At around 3pm, our body is more awake and you’ve eaten. This is the best time to exercise. Of course, exercise time also depends on personal and working schedule, but it is best to exercise regularly in the afternoon.
2.
For office workers, exercise time also depends on personal and work commitments. It is best to get into a routine and incorporate exercise into your daily or weekly schedule. Work schedules can vary so maybe working out on the weekends may be better. It all depends on your own schedule.
