刘大白(1880-1932)，原名金庆棪，后改姓刘，名靖裔，字大白，别号白屋。浙江绍兴人。中国现代著名诗人、文学史家。曾东渡日本，南下印尼，接受先进思想。先后在省立诸暨中学、浙江第一师范、上海复旦大学执教数十余年。1919年他应经亨颐之聘在浙一师与陈望道、夏丏尊、李次九一起改革国语教育，被称为"四大金刚"。著有诗集《旧梦》、《邮吻》等，还著有文集《旧诗新话》、《白屋说诗》、《白屋文话》、《中国文学史 》等多部。
