陈辉（1920-1945），原名吴盛辉，湖南人，中国现代著名诗人。陈辉1934年考入常德城的湖南省立三中。抗日战争爆发后，经中共地下组织介绍，奔赴延安，入延安“抗大”学习，1938年到华北联合大学学习，毕业后到晋察冀边区通讯社当记者。1940年调平西涞涿县，先后任县武工队政委、区委书记等职。陈辉是热情的诗人，他写了一万多行诗，曾在《晋察冀日报》《群众文化》《诗建设》《鼓》《子弟兵》等抗日根据地报刊上发表过很多诗作。著有诗集《十月的歌》等。
