严辰（ 1914—2003），原名严汉民，江苏武进人。中国现当代著名诗人。1941年参加革命工作，历任延安文艺界抗敌协会、鲁迅艺术文学院研究室和中央党校四部创作员、教师，中国作家协会专业作家，《人民文学》副主编，《新观察》主编，黑龙江省文联副主席，中国作家协会第三、四届理事，中国作家协会第五届名誉委员，《诗刊》主编、顾问，1934年开始发表作品。1949年加入中国作家协会。著有诗集《唱给延河》、《繁星集》、《春满天涯》、《红岸》、《玫瑰与石竹》等多部。

YanChen (1914-2003), formerly known as Yan hanmin ,born in wujin,jiangsu province. Chinese modern and contemporary famous poet . In 1941 to participate in the revolutionary work, successive heroine yan the literary association, lu xun art college of liberal arts laboratory, and the central party school four creator , teachers, and the Chinese writers association of professional writers, "the people's literature" deputy editor, the watch news editor, vice President of federation in Heilongjiang province, director of  the third and fourth session of China writers association, the fifth honorary member of Chinese writers association, editor and consultant of the magazine “The poetry” .started publication in 1934. In 1949 to join China writers association. Of the poetry anthology "sing to yan", "stars", "spring with the end of the world", "red land", “roses and carnations”, etc.
