中荷蔬菜种子公司绩效与创新网络的比较研究

 

     蔬菜种子公司是整个蔬菜产业链的起点,提高种子公司的创新能力将有利于提高整个蔬菜供应链的绩效。荷兰蔬菜种业成绩显著,世界十大蔬菜种子公司中,荷兰企业占了五家,而中国蔬菜种业市场潜力巨大,至2001年种子法颁布以来正经历向市场化,集约化和国际化转变。本研究基于创新网络的三个层面(企业内部网络,供应链网络及研究机构和政府参与的关系网络),利用创新流程模型分析创新的战略、投入、加工及产出的不同阶段,综合分析比较中荷蔬菜种子公司的创新网络及其对创新绩效和企业绩效的影响。此项研究首先分析比较两国蔬菜种业结构以及制度环境的历史和现状,然后利用瓦赫宁根创新测评工具来测量和分析比较两国蔬菜种子公司在企业和项目层面的创新网络结构及其绩效的异同,在此分析比较的基础上进行企业战略及政府政策方案的仿真模拟,以预测蔬菜种业的市场趋势,用以开发企业和政府的决策支持模型。

 

Compare between  Dutch and Chinese vegetable seed companies on innovation network and performace

The vegetable seed industry is an important area to study innovation networks, because it is highly innovative and is the starting point of vegetable supply chain, improving the innovation abilities of seed companies will benefit the whole vegetable supply chain. It is established and successful in the Netherlands and developing, but with a large market, in China. Previous studies of innovation focused on either company level or project level only, but innovation is generated by coherent action at both levels. This research aims to analyse the influence of the innovation networks on the innovation and business performance of vegetable seed companies in the Netherlands and China at the company and the project level. We adopt the innovation process model to analyse innovation at the stages: strategy, input, process, and output in relationship to the innovation networks at three levels: the internal network, the supply chain and the relation with knowledge institutions and governmental agencies. A historical study will be used to analyse the institutional environment of vegetable seed companies in both countries. Then the Wageningen Innovation Assessment Tool will be used to conduct the network analysis at the company and project level. Comparison of innovation networks and performance will be conducted within and between the two countries. Different scenarios will be developed to predict the trends in the Chinese seed markets. The results will be used to develop decision-support models for seed companies and government.
