In order more efficiently process record numbers of visa applicants through security, effective immediately visa applicants cannot bring cell phones or large bags into the U.S. Embassy in Beijing.  Applicants should bring only their passports and application materials.  Thank you for your understanding as we strive to improve our service to the public.
