Teaching aims:

1)     Ss will be able to listen, say and read the words “nose”, “note”, “Coke” and “Mr

3)    Ss will understand the different pronunciation of “o” and “o-e”.

Step 1 Warm up

1)   Greeting

2)   Kate and Mike

T: Here come two new friends. One is Kate. And the other is Mike.

They are going travelling.

T: Look, this is the ticket.

   But you have to read the words to get the ticket. Who can help to read it?
