  The Bama village of longevity is located in Bame county,about 20 km from the county,It is the world's most famous county for longevity. 

 巴马长寿村位于广西巴马县，距离县城约20千米，是世界上最著名的长寿之乡。 

  Here is a large number of centenarians in the county,there are serene green mountains and peaceful water with beautiful scenery,creating a good ecologcal natural  enviroment.

 这里造就了众多的百岁老人，青青的山脉碧绿的清流风光美不胜收，有良好的生态自然环境。 

  The water and soil are rich in essential minerale lements,Anion content square meter,It is like a natural oxygen bar.  

 水质和土壤富含人体必需的微量元素，沿岸和溪谷的负离子含量高达每平方米2万多个，是个天然的氧吧。

  Many elderly went there for the well-know health benefits,Hypertension,emphysema,diabetes all have been treated,even cancer can become benigh! 

  有很多中老年人为了健康闻名去了哪里，高血压、肺气肿、糖尿病都得到了治疗，连癌症也转化为良性的了！   

 Because there are beautiful mountain and  clean  waterways with fresh air,there is no industrial pollution,it is just like living in beautiful oasis.  

 那里因为山清水秀空气好，没有发达的工业化带来的污染，自然、环保、就像在美好的世外桃源。

 After all,noly a temporary outsiders to go sightseeing look,If the influx of thousands of people where,The tranqul refreshing environment will change.

 外地人毕竟只能临时地去观光一下，如果成千上万的人涌入哪里，那宁静清爽的环境也会发生变化。

 I want a better environment not go with outsiders,Fresh air to breathe only in the here and now,Only good water quality is the most healthy beverage.

 我想美好的环境是外地人带不走的，清新的空气也只有在此时此地呼吸，只有良好的水质是最健康的饮料。

 If we according to their actual situation,Local conditions,often go to the mountains and water park,breathe the fresh air,Driking clean and natural mineral water,Certainly as physical health and longgevity are the most beneficial.

 如果我们根据自己的实际情况，因地制宜地经常到有山有水的公园里去，呼吸新鲜的空气，喝比较清洁的纯天然的矿泉水，那样对身体的健康和长寿肯定是最有好处的。
