夏季怎样注意饮食卫生?

Summer is coming,the weather is getting hot,pay attenyion to food hygiene becomes more important.
夏天来了,天气越来越热,讲究饮食卫生变得更加重要。
We should develop good eating habits,eat fresh vegetable, try to eat that day,do not eat vegetables overnight.
我们应该养成良好的饮食习惯,吃新鲜的蔬菜,尽量当天吃光,不吃隔夜蔬菜。
Meat should be consumed in a short time frame, To avoid wasting,prepare a little less, Leftover should be boiled and cooled before store in the fridge.
肉食也要短期吃光,量要少一点以免浪费,吃不完的肉食要煮沸后冷却然后放进冰箱。
In summer ,there are a lot of mosquitoes,flies,cockroaches, Normally, I would wash the dishes twice.
夏天,蚊子、苍蝇、蟑螂会很多,一般情况下我洗两次碗碟。
This means we should wash once after the meal,and wash one more time before eating,you can never be too careful with your health.
就是用餐后洗一次,用餐前也洗一次,小心驶得万年船。
Most diseases are transmitted from the mouths ,which is an indisputable fact!

Due to the high summer temperatures,ran,and high humidity,bacteria,fungi,viruses etc,are easy to breed and multiply,We should alway soak and wash cleanly fruits and vegetables before eating!
夏季由于气温高、雨水多、湿度大,细菌、霉菌、病毒等孪生繁衍,水果蔬菜食用前我们一定要浸泡清洗!
Do not eat cold dish fromstreet vendors, Do not eat barbecue from vendors on the street.
街头的冷菜不要吃,路边的烧烤不要吃。
Drink plenty of boiling water and less eat cold drink.
多喝开水少吃冷饮。
