西安去武当山往返750公里。单趟耗时4小时，过路费240元，耗油43公升。

武当山值得一去，人文、自然景观都不错。节假日和周末游客较多，索道运力不足，致使游客长时间排队，既浪费了时间又加大了不安全隐患。建议有时间的朋友可以避开此时段。

从西安任何一个高速入口上去，沿福银高速（G70）一直走，到武当山就有出口。给大伙个自驾车的建议：

D1：早上9：00出发-----约13：00到山下，车不能进山，有正规的停车场，山下吃午饭后买票进山门（门票和旅游车票实行一票制180元），直接乘车到琼台，联系好住宿后乘缆车至金顶，游览后返回，夜宿琼台，琼台就是缆车的起始站。

D2：早乘游览车至南岩，游览后在南岩午餐，再乘车游览紫霄宫，紫霄宫可以多玩一会，那里有武当武术学校的外籍弟子练功，结束后再乘车至太子坡，最后乘车返回山门。精神好的可以直接开车返回。不想返回可以住在十堰市，距武当山20分钟（约33公里），条件比武当山好，且价格不贵。我们此行住在北京北路的“锦江之星连锁旅馆”条件不错，标间：149.元。

D3：早餐后可游览十堰市，后返回。我们行至漫川关时去了漫川古镇，悔的肠子都青了，一路无话直达西安。
