生平头一次爬长城就遇到了这冰和雪，有些地段非常滑，害得俺大腿肌肉拉伤（平时还很喜欢爬山的人），无奈，之后京城游玩的日子里留下了俺一瘸一拐的足迹 ... 恍然大悟，原来长城好汉不是这么容易当的哦~!~

the first time for me in my life to climb the Great Wall, i was so lucky to encounter this snow and ice; some steps were so slippery that i got my thigh musles hurt even though i like to climb hills or mountains quite much at my leisure times; thus in the left days in Beijing i toured the city like a disabled ... i know now it is not so easy to climb the Great Wall ~!~
