11月26日下午2点到晚上10点，北京工人体育场西北角的一家自助美食烹饪厨房里面，天津卫视美食节目美女主持人岳博伦师兄，供养了尊贵的丹增尼玛仁波切一桌异常丰盛美味的素质大餐，赢得在场的十多位朋友赞不绝口。

非常随喜和感恩岳师兄，因为她用自己高超的技艺，在8个小时时间内为上师供养了21道精美的素菜，对我们在场的所有人来说，简直是一个奇迹。看了下面的菜名和辅料清单，就会感觉到做菜的不易：

冷菜:1凉拌苦菊:苦菊，陪油炸花生和枸杞花椒。2老醋花生。3.拌豆腐丝香菜。4.芥末金针菇，金针菇，绿芥末米醋

热菜头汤南瓜小圆:南瓜，糯米粉红糖姜。热菜:1.虎皮鹌鹑蛋:鹌鹑蛋，番茄酱，红椒绿椒丁。2.水煮杏鲍菇，杏鲍菇，郫县豆瓣酱，豆芽。3.香辣小土豆，土豆捥成小球。辣椒粉花椒粉孜然粉。4.天津烧茄子，茄子，面酱，大料。4.芋头三丁。芋头，红薯，胡萝卜。干辣椒。5.麻辣香锅:豆皮，香芹，鲜香菇，土豆，年糕，香菜，洋葱，郫县豆瓣酱，麻辣火锅调料，麻椒，干灯笼椒或者辣椒。6.蒜蓉西兰花，西兰花，大蒜。7.干锅菜花，菜花，郫县豆瓣酱，香菜，香葱。8.宫保豆腐，北豆腐，花生米，番茄酱大葱白。9.干煸豆角，麻椒，花椒。豆角。10.拔丝红薯。红薯糖香葱。

主食:1.贯顶蒸饺，胡萝卜汁，面，油菜鸡蛋或小白菜鸡蛋加粉丝。2.柳叶蒸饺，菠菜汁，面，蘑菇馅，各种蘑菇种类多些，加木耳，干香菇，鸡蛋，大料，丁香，桂皮，香叶。汤，白菜嘎哒汤。
