今天一早上班就惊闻一个不好的消息，一个同事的女儿因为甲型流感（H1N1）去世了。消息传播的很快，大略知道她三十七岁，有肥胖症和哮喘病史，确诊为甲流后很快发现有呼吸困难的症状，送进医院开始和病魔进行了22天的斗争，到最后几天靠呼吸机来维持呼吸，最后还是因为呼吸困难与世长辞。

同事间自发写了慰问的卡片，买了鲜花快递到那个不幸的家庭，可是这老年丧女的切肤之痛是今生都无法抹去的伤痛。另外还有一个同事的女儿刚被确诊，因为也有其他的疾病，目前还在医院严格监控。

一时间几个年轻妈妈聚在一起，担心又无奈,怕怕。甲型流感目前在全世界范围内疯狂流行，每天全世界的病例都以指数递增。几周前和两宝的儿科医生咨询是不是因该打甲型流感的疫苗，答案正如我所预料的模棱两可，这是个人决定（personal decision）。于是开始纠结，打还是不打。其实这种纠结也是自寻烦恼的纠结，全美甲流疫苗极度紧缺，目前我们这个州只有高危中的高危才有的打，要打还没有呢。现在跟踪儿医和卫生部门的twitter（美国最火爆的微博），时刻准备着。

兵来将挡水来土掩，这因该是应对人类自然灾害，疾病灾害最有效的办法。人类的智慧目前还没法控制这样的流行病，唯一能做的就是预防疾病的发生，一旦发生就自我隔离来有效的控制疾病传播，积极的用各种治疗手段来治愈疾病。前两天参加会议，讲的都是personalized medicine，人类在医学方面真的是任重而道远。

这个冬天要象唐僧一样天天对自己念紧箍咒，勤洗手，多锻炼，补维C，全家上下坚决执行这九字方针，天天祈祷两宝健健康康，平平安安度过这个冬天。
