让被塞得满满的耳朵眼睛与心胸

都喘一口气

给乌烟瘴气的日子

留一点空白

turn the TVs the radios the computers and the cell phones off

let the overloaded ears eyes and hearts

breathe a sigh of relief

and give the smothered day

some breathing room
