〈太湖〉

就是这地方！

宇宙设计师

在太空来回巡视

终於把手中

一块最珍贵的陨石

直直掷向

地球上的一个最亮点

哐当一声

千万年後

在一群诗人的吟诵声中

我依稀听到

馀音荡漾

山清水秀。。。

人杰地灵。。。

注：据南京大学地球科学系最新研究报告，太湖为陨石冲击坑。

LAKE TAI

this is the place!

cruising space 

the universe designer

finally let go

of a most precious meteorite

hurling it towards

the brightest spot on earth

bang!

millions of years later

I can still faintly hear 

its lingering sound

amid the chanting of a group of poets 

picturesque scenery

giving birth to great talents…

* according to a recent research report from the Department of Earth Science of Nanjing University, Lake Tai, a large freshwater lake in the Yangtze Delta plain near Shanghai, China, is an impact crater of a meteorite.
