A woman from the mainland was scheduled flying to LA, USA by Cathay.But she was late (more than half hour after the last passenger was onboard the plane) to the airport, or anyway she didn't show up after the final call has been made. When she found out the plane would not wait for her, she screamed..................!
Finally CX compensate her by upgrading her to business class on the next flight.
It's ridiculous!!!!!
