    欧作兴，广东广宁人，工艺美术师。曾从事舞台美术、装潢设计工作多年。现系中国轻工业美术家协会理事、中国卫生美协创作委员会委员、中国工艺美术家协会会员、广东省书法家协会会员、肇庆市美协、书协常务理事。受聘于中国国画院、陕西省美术馆、湖南省美术馆、国画馆，美术师、书法师。
