Hello, I am currently live in Sochi to recuperate. I haven’t had a chance to write about Sochi events in last few days, because I have been busy with some personal affairs. ... So, what I'd like to do now is to tell you about Sochi, and I hope you can understand what I'm saying.

I am sure everyone knows where Sochi is. For those who are not really sure I remind that it is situated near the international border between Russia and Georgia. is one of the southernmost places of Russia, in the federal subject of Krasnodar Krai, it is also the second-largest city of Krasnodar Krai, with a population of almost 415,100 (Most recent data). Yes, the city of Sochi situated on the Black Sea coast in a zone of subtropical climate,  Located from Moscow to the south about 1600 km (995 mi). In terms of population among cities along the Black Sea, Sochi takes 2-nd place, behind only the city of Odessa. That year, I am here to join "Silver sword" holdings (the " Silver sword" is a multinational Communication & information technology corporation,  headquarters in Sochi) -- This city is the starting point of my career!

Due to its location along the Black Sea coast, Sochi enjoys a pleasant climate, with warm summers and mild winters. It is the largest resort city in Russia, and is the host city of the 22nd Winter Olympic Games and the Winter Paralympics.

Sochi is unique and natural, and is very clean, and very green, and is a diverse and inclusive cities, It is the “summer capital” of Russia. It is often called the Black Sea Pearl. It is situated at the base of the Caucasus Mountains on the Black Sea. In the past we usually go to this amazing town every year, as long as we have a chance. There are a lot of wonderful places in Sochi. There is cave exploring, white river rafting, canoeing, snow skiing, banana boats, sailing, horseback riding, hiking and much more. Sochi is also popular for winter sport. There is a national park with beautiful waterfalls, such as the Agura waterfalls and Orehovskiy waterfalls.

You can see and explore mysterious caves. You can enjoy rare and exotic tropical flowers in Sochi’s parks and botanical gardens. Sochi also has the only tea plantation in Russia. Here you can try Russia’s home-grown tea watching the picturesque Black Sea. “Friendship Tree” Garden-Museum is a unique place where the single in the world tree with a crown presenting an entire citrus trees garden grows. You can also visit Sochi City Museum, the Ostrovsky Museum and Sochi’s Art Museum.

Yes, Sochi is the Russia's only subtropical resort city that stretches along the picturesque coast of the Black Sea. With a permanent population approaching 420,000 it holds the record as the largest resort city in Russia. As the unofficial capital of the Riviera of the Caucasus, its many beaches make the city popular in summer, while skiing in the nearby mountain makes it an ideal place for winter vacations.

Sochi Itself is famous for its recreation facilities. It is here that many well-to-do Russians go to rejuvenate in some of the most popular healing mineral springs in Russia. The best known of these vibrant spas is the Matsesta Sulfur Springs, renowned since antiquity as the “fiery river” springs because of the tanned hue that a treatment in its waters leaves. Legend says that a local girl bravely wandered into the underworld and brought back its healing waters to the surface as a gift from the spirits below.

Sochi also contains a special tea plantation, the only one in Russia, and the northernmost in all the world. Its tea-house’s picturesque view of the Black Sea from the exclusive Dagomys district provides the perfect setting for sampling Russia’s home-grown offerings.

With so much local attention to health and exercise, the International Olympics Committee found Sochi to be the obvious choice to host the 2014 Winter Games. 位于黑海的亚热带城市索契不仅仅是一个疗养之都，它是一个拥抱成长，进步和友谊的享受。它拥有所有的大城市具备的从娱乐，餐饮到健身的夜生活。是的，当激情唤醒你的生活，它就像一个重生，一个新的开始。现在我已经完成了治疗，我已经进步很多。我每天散步，独自一人，我感到很快乐，没有阴雨天。我现在很高兴地说，我觉得我的饮食和生活方式有了更多的自由。这在我看来是一个重生之旅！！！我不知道该如何感谢“银剑”公司和所有的医生，感谢他们给我如此多的爱和这样一个了不起的机会让我再次体验到索契，感谢他们给了我这样一个休息养生的机会。他们是了不起的！他们将永远在我的祈祷–我将永远感激他们。

好了，在未来的时间里，我将向你介绍索契的几个具体景点，比如，尼古拉·奥斯特洛夫斯基博物馆，水疗中心，索契国际机场，火车站... 等等。我们下次再见！

Located in the black sea subtropical city Sochi is much more than recuperation, it is a city that enjoys and embraces growth, progress and friendships. It has everything a big city has from entertainment to dining to sports to nightlife. Yes, when passion awakens in your life, it is like a rebirth, a new beginning. Now I have completed the treatment and I have improved so much.  I walk daily and alone, I feel so happy, no low days. I'm now glad to say I feel well and have much more freedom in my diet and lifestyle. This seems to me to be a reborn tour!!! I don’t know how to thank "Silver sword" group holdings and all the doctor who, Thanks them giving me so much love and this awesome chance to let me once again experience Sochi, Thanks them giving me such a chance of recuperate. They are fantastic! them will always be in my prayers – I will be forever grateful. 

Well, Okay, in the next period, I will introduce you to a few specific attractions, such as Nicola Ostrovsky museum, SPA, Sochi International Airport, Train station... and so on. I'll see you next time!
