我的天啊！土豆烧牛肉，—— Gooooouuuulash (Goulash)!! 一个超级诱人的名字！这是我从我的童年时代开始一直很喜欢的食物，我的家人也很喜欢土豆烧牛肉。我能说什么呢？我最喜欢的是匈牙利的红辣椒粉，这听起来很诱人。所以我想留住这个镜头！ - 老实说，我对土豆烧牛肉和沙拉酱牛肉上瘾，这是我的最爱！我的姑妈和妈妈经常做基辅式土豆烧牛肉，被称为“гуляш”，我从来不知道这个名字是否应该意味着一顿美味，或只是意味着一个家族的姓氏，但我更喜欢莫斯科版本的土豆烧牛肉和沙拉酱牛肉，我喜欢醋带给汤和炖菜的亮度。... 但姑妈做的土豆烧牛肉是了不起的。这是她最好的烹饪技艺，无与伦比！你看，她做的土豆烧牛肉看起来很可爱！你是怎么看的呢？

OMG! goulash, --Gooooouuuulash!! a very tempting name! it’s one of my favorites from my childhood. my family also really enjoys this dish of goulash. Well, what can I say? my favorite hungarian paprika, and it sounds fantastic. so I’m going to give this one a shot. - honestly, i'm a goulash and beef stroganoff addict, it's a favorite of mine! my aunt and mom used to make a Kiev-style goulash they called "гуляш", I never knew whether the title was supposed to signify the tastiness of the meal or just contained the family name, but I'm preferred the Moscow version of goulash and beef stroganoff. I love the brightness that vinegar brings to soups and stews. ... But the aunt do goulash is terrific. this is her best cooking skills, incomparable!!!  Look! she cooked goulash looks very cute, what did you think?!? 
 

土豆烧牛肉的一个重要组成部分是红焖熏肠土豆汤。它的成份是红焖土豆熏肠，奶油沙拉，洋葱，西红柿，大蒜和绿辣椒等，它是吃饭时的必备。今天我姑妈特意煮了一锅红焖熏肠土豆汤。当然，她煮的芸豆/辣椒炖肉汤也是非常惊人的，外加乌克兰式香肠焖米饭。所以今晚的菜单很丰富。姑妈的厨房炉灶可以用四个字概括起来，优美，典雅，干净，整洁。这个精心设计的清洁燃烧炉是轻量级的，易于使用。你看，这一锅红焖熏肠土豆汤看起来很诱人！如果汤比较浓，它的味道会更鲜美，更醇厚！ - 哇！疯狂的眼睛和超级好胃口！！！

An important part of goulash is Kielbasa potato soup. 美味的红焖熏肠土豆汤盛在碗里完全覆盖配菜，而且脂肪含量绝对是适度的，这是为了准备今晚的“黄金土豆烧牛肉”所需的平均脂肪含量。

我喜欢大米抓饭和它们的味道和颜色。这是一个用五香印度大米和新鲜芦笋，椰菜和毛豆...等混合制作的大米抓饭。...我绝对是为土豆和大米而生，这两种饭我都喜欢，但更多的倾向于养育我的土豆和土豆烧牛肉，哈哈。但是对我来说，抓饭必须拌有某种水果。也许只是葡萄干，有时是杏干，当然还有小红莓。谢谢你亲爱的姑妈，对我来说你总是表现出如此细心，我充满了爱和幸福。我总是有一种错觉，你就是我的亲生母亲！...我希望我们与你一起庆祝你的第65个生日。因为我们不能危困在所有的时间！相信我，这将是值得的，明年！我还是我！干杯！！！！！！

I love rice pilaf and they’re bright in flavor and in color. This starts with a spiced wild rice pilaf and is mixed with fresh asparagus, broccolini and edamame. ... I’m definitely a rice and potatoes person! I like them both, though lean more toward the potatoes and goulash of my upbringing, hehe.  But for me, a pilaf must have some kind of fruit in it. Maybe just raisins, sometimes dried apricots or even cranberries. Thanks dear paternal aunt, To me you have always shown extra care, I am filled with Love and happiness. I always have a kind of illusion, you are my biological mother! ... I wish we could be with you to celebrate your 65th birthday. because we can't be doom and gloom all the time! Trust me, it will be worth it, next year!!  I am still me!! CHEERS!!!!!!!!!
