i got my indian visa today, they gave me for 3 months visa.

 

here in yangon, perhaps, it~s a little bit easier than in china. only 4 working days, and 65 usd, (25 usd is the fax fee, 40 usd for the visa fee).

 

no need for bank account certificate, no need for the flight ticket, just give them money, fill the form, and you can got the visa .
