美国ASME旗下的 一家期刊主编给我的建议信中有：“d) A good number of articles listed in the references have been published in Chinese and may not be accessible to all readers. If there are versions of them published in English, they should be included instead for accessibility.”中文“d） 参考文献中有相当一部分文章是用中文发表的，可能并非所有读者都能读。如果有发表的英文版本，则应用英文版本替换掉它们，以便于查阅。 ”
       看来，该期刊也鼓励同一内容中英文发表啊。
