Establish and implement sales objectives, strategies and action plans, in accordance to the China business development goals
Design and set up geographical/sales channel and distribution network, set up policy and program to direct distributors, wholesalers and retailers in achieving/exceeding sales targets
Build a high performance sales organization to deliver rapid and profitable sales growth
Drive revenue growth through strong sales leadership and out-of-box breakthrough ideas
Identify channel opportunities and develop new markets/segments in line with sales expansion plans
Ensure all business activities aligned marketing strategies and financial objectives, measured through revenue growth, market penetration and channel P&L
