字面上的意思虽然是这样，实际上是指，一个人花费很多的时间关注自己，考虑自己的问题而忽略了其他的人和事情~

我自己非常喜欢的一首歌 "Angels"其中也出现这个单词，这首歌版本很多，我最喜欢的是童星 Declan Galbraith 的版本，声音实在是太纯净了~
