Grammar (direct speech into reptorted
speech)
概念:直接引用别人的原话时,被引用部分称为直接引语;当用自己的话转述别人的话时。被转述的部分称为间接引语,间接引语在多数情况下构成宾语从句。直接引语一般前后要加引号,间接引语不用引号。
变化规则。(reporting statements )
1.
陈述句由直接引语变为间接引语,如果引述动词为现在时形式(say),间接引语中的动词时态不变。如果引述动词是过去形式(said),间接引语的动词时态一般要作如下变化:
一般现在时变,一般过去式;现在进行时变过去进行时;一般将来时变过去将来时;现在完成时变过去完成时;过去式边过去完成时,过去完成时保持不变。
