It is my great pleasure to offer a formal recommendation for Miss xx. As her head teacher and English teacher since September, 2022, I have witnessed her improvement in academics and incredible talent in language learning. As far as I am concerned, Xx is a deserving candidate for your English Language and Literature programme. 

In terms of academic performance, Xx not only shows her brilliant ability of understanding but studies hard at the same time. What impressed me the most was her strong ambition and motivation to achieve Level A in China High School Academic Proficiency Test (Huikao), and her English scores reached the top among the school. Xxis an optimistic girl with good interpersonal skills. Even in the intense study of Grade 12, she could still cooperate with other peers in class, showing her leadership while help them with their school work kindly. 

Outside of classrooms, Xx actively took part in various competitions, especially English speech contest. Her speech was so fantastic in those creative ideas and her beautiful accent. As her English teacher, I am so proud of having a student like xx. 

Besides, Xx keeps a clear sense of purpose for her future. She wants to pursue high-quality education in Korea University and master both English and Korean. So far, Xx has achieved the overall band score of 7.0 in ILETS, and I believe that she will definitely get an excellent mark in TOPIK in this April. 

All of above, there is no doubt that xx’s kindness for society, cooperation and leadership for teamwork, and most importantly, her magnificent talent in language learning deeply convince me that she will achieve more no matter in her following academic study or future career.
