MY ANSWER:

In the increasing competitive working environment, it is obviously true that young people cannot get a reasonable job, only relying on the traditional academic knowledge. Then some people claim that schools should provide practical skills, as an addition to the traditional academic courses. However, it is under hot debate whether the vocational skills can be taught to every student as the academic knowledge, and whether it is necessary to do so.

Undoubtedly, it would be benevolent to job hunting with certain vocational skills, such as car maintaining, bank account managing. They can directly take their duty as a skilled worker without relative qualification training in the working organization. It is an attractive factor in the selecting potential staff procedure, since the employers usually tends to prefer money-efficiency to shaping flexibility.    

However, various occupations need different practical skills; it is unrealistic to acquire all these skills without tangible aims. And before understanding the occupation values and requirements, it is difficult and valueless to select skills should be learn. Even certain skill really obtained in the schools, it tends to be out-of-date due to the rapidly technology revolution or never used because of the later alteration of career fields. Conversely, the traditional academic courses provide the fundamental knowledge to help us understand how our world functions in variously respects, such as mathematics, physical science, language. Also these academic skills fulfill our subtract mind, which are needed in all our life, no matter what job you do.

Therefore, the variety range of utilization differentiates vocational skills and academic knowledge. As a consequence, there were few vocational skills taught in the school and the circumstance tends to be no alteration in the recent future.
